Return / Exchange Policy – No Restock Fees

If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Email or call us with the order number and item(s) in question and let us know what we can do to help. Pictures are helpful if there is damage to report.
Returns/exchanges for items ordered in error are accepted within 15 days of delivery, with original receipt (or sales ticket if ordered online). We will refund the original price of the item, minus the shipping costs, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange, along with the cost of the new/replacement item.
If an item is received damaged, or the incorrect item was shipped, this should be reported within 5 business days of delivery. No refund will be issued, no replacement shipped after 5 business days. We’ll use the delivery tracking info to determine the beginning of the 5 day reporting window. In the case of damage, it would be helpful to us if pictures of the damage can be provided, along with pictures of the outer packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will pay any return shipping costs and refund the full amount paid for any item shipped in error on our part or damaged in transit.
If a replacement order is to be shipped, it will be done within 1 business day of notification of an issue, or when the item is available to ship (if it happens to be out of stock).
Any credit being issued will take place in our system within 1 business day of receiving the item back. All items being returned for credit must be in resalable condition (in original, unopened package, clean, unbroken or otherwise damaged). If a credit card was used, how long it takes the credit to show up on your account depends on how long it takes the bank and your credit card company to issue the funds. If the order was paid by any other method, we’ll mail a refund check within 2-3 business days.
No returns/refunds will be issued for sale, clearance, or special order items. All sales on these items are final.
